Brushroll does not spin, but suction is normal and no error code is shown.

Safety first: Turn OFF the vacuum and remove the battery pack before working on the brushroll.

• Remove brushroll: Flip the nozzle over, release the brushroll cover, and lift out the brushroll.
• Clean thoroughly: Cut away hair and threads from the brushroll and end caps. Remove any debris from the brush housing.
• Inspect bearings and end caps: Spin the end caps by hand. If they feel rough, gritty, or seized, replace the brushroll assembly.
• Check belt (if present): If your Tristar model uses a belt, inspect it for cracks, glazing, or stretching. Replace if worn or broken.
• Reassemble and test: Reinstall the brushroll, ensuring it is seated correctly in the end slots. Refit the cover, reinstall the battery, and test on a hard floor.
