Vacuum runs but suction is very weak; display shows E13 or filter icon; unit may pulse on and off.
Severe Airflow Restriction / Filter Blockage
E14
Vacuum display shows E14; unit may not start or may shut down when tilting or changing orientation.
Tilt / Orientation Sensor Fault
E15
Vacuum shows E15 and will not start; often after long-term storage.
Firmware / Internal Memory Error
E2
Vacuum shuts off within a few seconds of starting; red LED error indicator blinks twice repeatedly.
Motor Overcurrent / Brushroll Jam Protection
E3
Vacuum runs for a few seconds then stops; battery indicator shows full; error LED blinks three times in a repeating pattern.
Overtemperature Protection – Main Motor
E4
Vacuum does not respond to trigger or power button; display (if equipped) shows E4 or four red flashes; unit previously exposed to liquid or very humid environment.
Moisture / Liquid Ingress Detected
E5
Vacuum will not start; battery LEDs show one solid red LED or E5 on display when trigger is pulled.
Battery Pack Overtemperature Protection
E6
Vacuum will not run; display shows E6 or six red flashes; unit may start briefly then shut down.
Battery Voltage Out of Range (Overvoltage/Undervoltage)
E7
Brushroll will not spin but suction motor runs; brush icon flashes or E7 appears on display.
Brushroll Motor / Drive Fault
E8
Vacuum runs only at low power; cannot switch to high/turbo mode; E8 or eight red flashes appear when trying to change power level.
Power Mode Control / Current Limit Fault
E9
Vacuum powers on but shuts off randomly; display shows E9 or nine red flashes; occurs more often when moving the handle.
Handle Trigger / Power Switch Fault
Symptom
Brushroll does not spin, but suction is normal and no error code is shown.
Mechanical Brushroll Drive Failure
Symptom
Dust escapes from around the dust bin area during use.
Dust Bin Seal / Gasket Failure
Symptom
LED lights on the floor nozzle flicker or do not turn on, but the brushroll still spins.
Nozzle LED Circuit / Wiring Fault
Symptom
Vacuum attachments (crevice tool, dusting brush) have very weak suction compared to the floor nozzle.
Accessory Airflow Restriction or Leak
Symptom
Vacuum cannot stand upright in its wall mount or dock securely; may fall off easily.
Docking / Mounting Hardware Issue
Symptom
Vacuum emits a burning smell during use.
Overheating Motor or Brushroll Friction
Symptom
Vacuum handle or battery area becomes very hot to the touch during normal use.
Battery or Control PCB Overheating
Symptom
Vacuum has very weak suction even though the motor sounds normal and no error code is displayed.
General Airflow Restriction / Dust System Blockage
Symptom
Vacuum intermittently loses power when the wand is twisted or moved.
Intermittent Electrical Connection in Wand or Nozzle Neck
Symptom
Vacuum is unusually loud from the floor nozzle area, with a roaring or whistling sound.
Nozzle Air Leak or Internal Crack
Symptom
Vacuum leaves dust and debris on the floor even though suction feels strong at the nozzle.
Poor Pickup / Floor Nozzle Performance Issue
Symptom
Vacuum loses suction after a few minutes of use, but suction returns after it is turned off for a short time.
Cyclone or Filter Loading Under Heat
Symptom
Vacuum makes a loud high-pitched whine during operation.
Motor Bearing Wear / Air Leak Noise
Symptom
Vacuum makes a rattling or clunking noise from the floor nozzle when moving back and forth.
Loose Brushroll / Nozzle Components
Symptom
Vacuum produces excessive vibration in the handle during use.
Imbalanced Brushroll or Motor Fan
Symptom
Vacuum runs but there is a noticeable spark or flashing visible through vents near the motor.
Motor Commutator / Brush Arcing (for brushed motors)
Symptom
Vacuum runs for only a few minutes on a full charge before shutting off (no error code).
Battery Capacity Degradation
Symptom
Vacuum smells musty or emits an unpleasant odor from the exhaust.
Contaminated Filters / Dust Bin
Symptom
Vacuum trigger must be held very hard to keep the unit running, or it sticks in the ON position.
Mechanical Trigger / Switch Mechanism Wear
Symptom
Vacuum turns on but shuts off after 5–10 seconds with no error indication.
Thermal or Overcurrent Trip Without Display Code
Symptom
Vacuum wand or extension tube separates easily or loses suction at the connection.
Loose Wand Connection / Seal Wear
Symptom
Vacuum will not turn on at all; no lights or sounds when pressing the power button.
