Vacuum wand or extension tube separates easily or loses suction at the connection.

Safety first: Remove the battery pack before working on attachments.

• Inspect connection points: Check the wand ends and mating ports on the vacuum and nozzle for cracks or broken locking tabs.
• Clean and inspect seals: Look for rubber O-rings or seals on the wand. Clean them and the mating surfaces with a dry cloth. Replace seals if they are flattened, cracked, or missing.
• Ensure full engagement: Push the wand firmly into place until you hear or feel a click. Test for play by gently pulling; it should remain secure.
• Replace damaged wand: If the wand is cracked or the locking mechanism is broken, replace it with a compatible Tristar wand.
