Possible Causes
Loose LED connector inside nozzle, Broken wire in nozzle harness, Failed LED board, Damaged connector at wand-to-nozzle joint
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn OFF the vacuum and remove the battery pack before opening the nozzle.
- Check external connection: Ensure the nozzle is fully seated on the wand and that the electrical contacts are clean.
- Inspect internal wiring (advanced): Remove the nozzle cover and locate the LED board and its wiring harness. Verify that connectors are firmly seated and wires are not pinched or broken.
- Replace LED board: If the wiring is intact but the LEDs remain off, replace the LED board assembly if available as a separate part. Otherwise, replace the entire nozzle.
