Vacuum attachments (crevice tool, dusting brush) have very weak suction compared to the floor nozzle.

Safety first: Remove the battery pack before inspecting accessories.

• Check each tool: Remove the tool and look through it toward a light source. Clear any obstructions with a flexible brush or rod.
• Inspect for cracks: Examine the tools for splits or holes that could cause air leaks. Replace damaged tools.
• Test suction at wand end: Run the vacuum and feel suction at the bare wand. If strong there but weak with tools, the issue is with the tools or their seals.
• Ensure tight fit: Push tools firmly onto the wand until fully seated. Replace any tools that fit loosely or fall off easily.
