Vacuum cannot stand upright in its wall mount or dock securely; may fall off easily.

Safety first: Remove the vacuum from the mount before adjusting or re-installing the bracket.

• Check installation: Verify that the wall mount is installed at the correct height and orientation as per the Tristar manual. Ensure screws are tight and anchors are appropriate for the wall type.
• Inspect latch surfaces: Examine the hook or latch on the vacuum and the corresponding part on the mount for wear or breakage.
• Tighten hardware: Tighten all mounting screws. Replace stripped anchors with appropriate wall anchors.
• Replace damaged mount: If the mount or vacuum hook is broken or excessively worn, replace the wall mount bracket or the affected body panel.
