Possible Causes
Completely clogged pre-motor filter, Severely blocked cyclone shroud, HEPA exhaust filter saturated with fine dust, Obstruction in wand or hose
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn the vacuum OFF and remove the battery pack before disassembling the dust system.
- Empty and clean dust bin: Remove and empty the dust container. Detach the cyclone assembly and use a soft brush to clean all holes and mesh surfaces.
- Clean or replace pre-motor filter: Remove the pre-motor filter. Tap it gently to remove dust. If washable, rinse with lukewarm water until clear, then air-dry completely (24 hours) before reinstalling. Replace if damaged or permanently discolored.
- Service HEPA filter: Remove the HEPA exhaust filter. Tap gently to remove loose dust. Replace if suction remains weak or if the filter is older than the manufacturer’s recommended interval.
- Check wand and attachments: Look through the wand and any flexible hose for blockages. Use a long rod or broom handle carefully to push out clogs.
- Reassemble and test: Once all components are clean and dry, reassemble and test. If E13 persists with clear airflow, the pressure sensor or control PCB may be faulty.
