Possible Causes

Partially clogged cyclone assembly, Dust bin not seated correctly causing air leak, Blocked wand or crevice tool, Torn or missing dust bin gasket

How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety first: Turn the vacuum OFF and remove the battery pack before disassembling the dust system.

  • Check dust bin seating: Remove and reinstall the dust bin, ensuring it clicks firmly into place and that the lid is fully closed.
  • Inspect cyclone assembly: Remove the cyclone from the bin. Use a soft brush to clean the mesh and small holes. Packed fine dust here can drastically reduce suction.
  • Check for blockages: Detach the wand and any tools. Look through each piece toward a light source. Remove any visible clogs with a flexible brush or rod.
  • Inspect seals and gaskets: Examine the rubber gasket around the dust bin and cyclone connection. Replace the gasket or bin assembly if it is torn, flattened, or missing.
  • Test without attachments: Run the vacuum with only the main body and bin attached. If suction is strong at the inlet but weak at the floor head, the blockage is in the wand or nozzle.
