Possible Causes
Loose brushroll end cap, Broken brushroll support bracket, Foreign object inside nozzle housing, Worn wheel axles on floor head
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn OFF the vacuum and remove the battery pack before inspecting the nozzle.
- Inspect brushroll seating: Remove the brushroll cover and verify that the brushroll sits correctly in its end slots. Tighten or reseat any loose end caps.
- Remove foreign objects: Look inside the nozzle housing for small objects (coins, toys, stones) and remove them.
- Check nozzle wheels: Spin the front and rear wheels by hand. If they wobble excessively or fall off, replace the wheel assembly or the entire nozzle.
- Reassemble and test: Refit the brushroll and cover securely. Test the vacuum on a hard floor to confirm the noise is gone.
