Vacuum makes a rattling or clunking noise from the floor nozzle when moving back and forth.

Safety first: Turn OFF the vacuum and remove the battery pack before inspecting the nozzle.

• Inspect brushroll seating: Remove the brushroll cover and verify that the brushroll sits correctly in its end slots. Tighten or reseat any loose end caps.
• Remove foreign objects: Look inside the nozzle housing for small objects (coins, toys, stones) and remove them.
• Check nozzle wheels: Spin the front and rear wheels by hand. If they wobble excessively or fall off, replace the wheel assembly or the entire nozzle.
• Reassemble and test: Refit the brushroll and cover securely. Test the vacuum on a hard floor to confirm the noise is gone.
