Vacuum leaves dust and debris on the floor even though suction feels strong at the nozzle.

Safety first: Turn OFF the vacuum and remove the battery pack before inspecting the nozzle.

• Check brushroll condition: Inspect the bristles. If they are worn down, uneven, or missing in sections, replace the brushroll assembly.
• Clean nozzle intake: Remove any lint or hair buildup along the front edge and air intake of the nozzle.
• Inspect seal strips: Look for rubber or felt strips along the front and rear of the nozzle. Replace the nozzle if these seals are torn or missing, as they help create proper suction at the floor.
• Use correct mode: Ensure the vacuum is set to the appropriate power level and floor type for the surface you are cleaning.
