Cordless Vax vacuum does not stand securely in its wall mount or charging dock, and may not charge reliably.

Safety first: Remove the vacuum and battery from the dock before adjusting the mount.

• 1. Check wall mount alignment: Use a spirit level to ensure the dock is mounted straight. Reposition if necessary.
• 2. Inspect hooks and guides: Look for cracks or wear on the dock and vacuum locating points.
• 3. Check charging contacts: Ensure the contacts are straight and clean. Gently realign bent contacts with a non-metallic tool if possible.

Replace the wall mount or dock if it is damaged and cannot securely hold or charge the vacuum.
