How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn OFF and remove the battery before working on the floorhead.
- 1. Remove the floorhead and brush bar: Detach the head, flip it over, and remove the brush bar via the side cap or release mechanism.
- 2. Inspect for debris: Remove any stones, coins, or hard objects from the brush chamber and wheels.
- 3. Check end caps and bearings: Spin the brush bar ends by hand. If rough, noisy, or loose, replace the brush bar assembly.
- 4. Inspect drive gear: If accessible, check the drive gear and belt (if fitted) for missing teeth or damage.
Replace the motorised floorhead assembly if internal gears or the brush motor are damaged.
