Cordless Vax vacuum’s mini motorised pet tool stops or stalls easily when pressed against upholstery.

Safety first: Remove the battery and detach the mini motorised tool before servicing it.

• 1. Open the mini tool: Most Vax mini tools have screws or clips to access the brush bar. Open the housing carefully.
• 2. Clean the brush bar: Remove hair and fibres from the brush and end caps.
• 3. Check the belt (if fitted): Inspect for stretching, cracks, or breakage. Replace if worn.
• 4. Clear the air path: Remove any debris from the tool’s internal channels.

If the mini tool still stalls easily, the internal motor may be weak and the entire tool should be replaced.
