How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Remove the battery before inspecting electrical connections.
- 1. Check wand connections: Detach the wand from both the main body and floorhead. Inspect the electrical contacts at each end for bent pins or contamination. Clean with a dry cloth.
- 2. Inspect the wand: Look along the wand for kinks, dents, or crush damage that could have damaged internal wiring.
- 3. Test without the wand: If your model allows, connect the floorhead directly to the handheld body and test. If the LED and brush work, the wand is likely faulty.
