How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Disconnect power and close the water tap.
- Allow cooling: If the error occurred after long operation, let the machine cool for 30–60 minutes and then retry a short cycle.
- Clean sump and filters: Remove filters and check for broken glass or hard objects that may have reached the pump.
- Access pump: Remove the base panel and locate the circulation pump. Check for signs of overheating or burnt smell.
- Check impeller movement: With power off, try to rotate the impeller gently. If stiff or jammed, remove debris or replace the pump.
- Capacitor check: If fitted with a start capacitor, inspect it for bulging or leakage and replace if defective.
