Possible Causes
Partially closed tap, Clogged inlet filter, Kinked inlet hose, Faulty flow meter or inlet valve
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn off power and close the water tap before disconnecting hoses.
- Open tap fully: Ensure the stop valve under the sink is fully open.
- Clean inlet filter: Disconnect the inlet hose from the tap and from the dishwasher, remove the small mesh filters, and rinse them thoroughly.
- Check hose routing: Make sure the hose is not kinked or pinched behind the cabinet.
- Test fill: Reconnect everything, open the tap, and run a short program. If E18 persists, the inlet valve or flow meter may need replacement.
