Safety first: Allow dishes to cool before handling.

• Check salt level: Open the salt compartment in the base of the tub and refill with dishwasher salt if low.
• Set water hardness: Refer to the Amica manual to set the correct water hardness level in the control panel so the softener regenerates properly.
• Adjust rinse aid: Increase the rinse aid dosage setting if glasses appear cloudy.
• Clean spray arms: Remove and clean spray arms to ensure proper rinsing.
• Descale: Run a descaling program with a dishwasher descaler if heavy limescale is present.
