Possible Causes
Defective flow meter in inlet assembly, Blocked flow meter turbine, Loose wiring to flow sensor, Control board miscounting pulses
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn off power and close the water tap before disconnecting the inlet hose.
- Check inlet filters: Remove and clean the mesh filters at the water tap and at the dishwasher inlet to ensure proper flow.
- Inspect Aquastop/flow meter assembly: On many Arcelik models, the flow meter is integrated into the inlet valve or side water distribution chamber. Remove the side panel and locate the small sensor with wires attached to the water path.
- Clean flow path: If accessible, remove the flow meter and rinse it to free the internal turbine from limescale or debris.
- Check wiring: Ensure the flow meter connector is secure and the cable is not damaged.
- Replace flow meter: If cleaning does not help and E10 persists, replace the flow meter or the entire inlet assembly with an Arcelik-compatible part.
