Possible Causes
Faulty pressure switch, Blocked pressure hose, Moisture in pressure sensor, Control board misinterpretation of level signal
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Disconnect power and close the water tap before accessing side panels.
- Access pressure switch: Remove the side panel (usually left) to locate the round pressure switch connected to the sump via a small hose.
- Inspect hose: Detach the hose from the switch and sump. Blow through it to ensure it is clear. Rinse with warm water if blocked.
- Check switch operation: Gently blow into the pressure switch port and listen for clicks. If no click or if water is present inside, the switch is likely faulty.
- Replace pressure switch: Install a new Arcelik-compatible pressure switch and reconnect the hose securely.
- Test cycle: Reassemble the side panel, restore power, and run a test program to verify that E13 is cleared.
