Faulty circulation pump tachometer (if equipped), Blocked pump impeller, Wiring fault to pump sensor, Control board motor driver issue
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Unplug the appliance and close the water supply before accessing the base.
- Check for obstructions: Remove filters and inspect the sump for debris that could impede the circulation pump.
- Access circulation pump: Remove the bottom panel and locate the circulation pump. Inspect the impeller and ensure it spins freely.
- Inspect tachometer wiring: If the pump has a feedback sensor, check its connector and wiring for damage.
- Replace pump if needed: If the motor is noisy, seized, or the tachometer is faulty, replace the entire circulation pump assembly with an Arcelik-compatible unit.
- Board diagnosis: If a new pump does not clear E17, the main control board may have a motor driver fault and should be evaluated by a technician.
