Dishwasher racks are difficult to slide or feel rough; upper basket may drop or not stay at set height.

Safety first: Turn off the dishwasher before removing racks.

• Remove racks: Pull out the upper and lower baskets and inspect the wheels and rails.
• Clean rails: Wipe the rails with a damp cloth to remove debris or dried detergent.
• Replace wheels: If wheels are cracked or missing, replace them with the correct Candy wheel kit. They usually clip onto the rack.
• Check height adjusters: On adjustable racks, inspect the adjuster levers and clips. Replace any broken components.
