How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Disconnect power and turn off the water supply immediately. Do not continue using the dishwasher until the leak is resolved.
- Pull out the dishwasher: Carefully slide the unit out from under the counter.
- Inspect hoses and clamps: Remove the side and bottom panels and look for drips while running a short cycle (only for trained persons, with caution around live parts).
- Tighten clamps: Tighten any loose hose clamps on the sump, circulation pump, heater, and drain connections.
- Replace damaged hoses: If a hose is split or perished, replace it with a CDA-compatible hose.
- Check sump and pump seals: Look for water around the sump rim and pump flange. Replace seals or the sump assembly if leaking.
