• Inspect latch and strike: Look at the metal or plastic strike on the cabinet and the latch on the door. Adjust the strike plate slightly if the latch does not engage fully.
• Access door lock: Remove the inner door panel to reach the door interlock assembly.
• Test switch: With a multimeter, check continuity across the lock switch terminals when the latch is engaged. No continuity indicates a faulty lock.
• Replace door lock: Fit a CDA-compatible door lock assembly and reassemble the door.
