Possible Causes
Insufficient fill due to weak inlet valve, Blocked inlet filter, Pressure sensor misreading level, Circulation pump cavitation due to low water
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Disconnect power and close the water supply before inspecting the inlet system.
- Check water supply: Confirm the supply tap is fully open and household pressure is adequate.
- Clean inlet filter: Disconnect the inlet hose at the dishwasher and clean the mesh filter in the Electrolux inlet valve.
- Observe fill: Start a cycle and, after filling, open the door briefly to check water level. It should cover the sump area. If low, the inlet valve may be weak.
- Inspect pressure sensor: Ensure the pressure hose is clear and properly attached so the control can detect correct level.
- Replace components: If cleaning does not resolve the issue, replace the water inlet valve and/or pressure sensor as indicated by testing.
