Dishes are not getting clean; food remains stuck on after a full cycle.

Safety first: Turn off power before removing spray arms if accessing from below.

• Clean filters and sump: Remove and thoroughly clean the filter assembly. Clear any debris from the sump.
• Clean spray arms: Remove upper and lower spray arms. Use a toothpick to clear clogged jets and rinse under hot water.
• Check water level: After filling, open the door. Water should reach near the bottom of the heating element. If low, suspect a weak inlet valve.
• Use proper detergent: Use high-quality dishwasher detergent and rinse aid. For hard water, consider a dishwasher cleaner or softener.
