Possible Causes
Empty rinse aid dispenser, Eco program with low temperature, Faulty drying fan or heater, Plastic items retaining water
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Be cautious of hot steam when opening the door after a cycle.
- Check rinse aid: Ensure the rinse aid reservoir is filled and set the dosage higher if necessary.
- Program selection: Use a standard or intensive program instead of Eco for better drying, especially with full loads.
- Unload correctly: Open the door slightly at the end of the cycle to release steam. Empty the lower rack first to avoid dripping from the upper rack.
- Inspect drying system: If your model has an active drying fan and it is silent, the fan or heater may be faulty and require replacement.
Note that plastic items dry less well than glass or ceramic due to lower heat retention.
