How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Unplug the dishwasher before removing the control panel.
- Dry the panel: If steam has entered the control area, leave the door open and allow the panel to dry for several hours. Do not use a hairdryer directly on electronics.
- Inspect connections: Remove the inner door panel to access the user interface board. Reseat the ribbon cable and connectors between the UI and main control board.
- Check for corrosion: Look for signs of water damage or corrosion on the control panel PCB. If present, replacement is recommended.
- Power reset: After reassembly, reconnect power and perform a power reset by unplugging for 5–10 minutes, then retry.
If E15 persists, either the UI board or main control module may need replacement, which is best handled by a service technician.
