Possible Causes
Low mains water pressure, Partially blocked inlet valve, Clogged inlet filter, Faulty flow meter
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn off the water tap and unplug the appliance.
- Check household pressure: Open a nearby tap to confirm adequate water pressure. If low, contact your water supplier.
- Clean inlet filters: Remove the inlet hose and clean the mesh filters at both ends.
- Inspect valve: Access the inlet valve and check for debris in the valve strainer. Clean carefully without damaging the seal.
- Flow meter check: On models with a flow meter, inspect the side water matrix for blockages and clean or replace if necessary.
If E17 persists despite good pressure and clean filters, the inlet valve or flow meter assembly should be replaced.
