Poor Wash Performance
Dishes come out dirty, with food residues stuck on plates and glasses after a full cycle.

Possible Causes
Clogged spray arms, Dirty filters and sump, Low water level due to inlet issues, Weak circulation pump, Incorrect loading blocking spray arms
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Allow the dishwasher to cool before working inside.
- Clean filters and sump: Remove all filters and clean thoroughly. Check the sump for debris.
- Clean spray arms: Remove upper and lower spray arms. Rinse under water and clear blocked jets with a toothpick.
- Check water level: Start a cycle and, after filling, open the door. Water should cover the filter area but not reach the door opening. If low, see inlet-related faults.
- Load correctly: Avoid blocking spray arms with large dishes. Ensure items do not nest together and that tall items do not obstruct the upper spray arm.
- Use proper detergent and program: Use quality dishwasher detergent and select an appropriate program for heavily soiled loads.
If performance remains poor after cleaning and correct loading, the circulation pump may be weak and require replacement.
