• 1. Inspect door gasket: Open the door and examine the rubber gasket around the tub opening. Look for tears, flattening, or gaps. Replace the Hisense door gasket if damaged.
• 2. Clean gasket channel: Wipe the gasket and the channel it sits in with warm soapy water to remove grease and debris that can prevent a good seal.
• 3. Check spray arm direction: Ensure the lower spray arm is not cracked or split, which can cause jets to spray directly at the door. Replace if damaged.
• 4. Adjust loading: Make sure large trays or pans are not deflecting water toward the door and that nothing is pushing against the inner door panel.
