• 1. Check loading: Make sure large plates or pans are not blocking the detergent dispenser door from opening fully.
• 2. Inspect spray arm: Confirm the upper spray arm is not clogged and can direct water toward the dispenser area.
• 3. Test dispenser door: With the door open, manually latch and release the Hisense dispenser door to ensure it moves freely.
• 4. Run hot water: Ensure the incoming water is hot enough to dissolve tablets properly.
• 5. Replace dispenser if faulty: If the latch or solenoid does not operate during the cycle, replace the Hisense detergent dispenser assembly.
