Dishwasher leaves white film or cloudy residue on glasses and dishes.

Safety first: No internal electrical work is required for this issue; keep the door open only when the machine is off.

• 1. Check rinse aid level: Open the rinse aid dispenser and refill with a suitable product. Adjust the dosage setting higher on the Hisense control if water is very hard.
• 2. Use proper detergent: Use a high-quality dishwasher detergent designed for hard water. Avoid using too much powder or gel.
• 3. Run a cleaning cycle: Run an empty hot cycle with a dishwasher cleaner or a cup of white vinegar placed on the top rack to remove internal scale.
• 4. Verify water temperature: Ensure the hot water supply to the dishwasher is at least 50–60°C (122–140°F) for optimal cleaning.
• 5. Inspect rinse aid dispenser: If the dispenser does not seem to dispense, it may be clogged or faulty and require replacement.
