Safety first: Turn off power before removing spray arms if you need to work underneath them.

• 1. Clean filters: Remove the Hisense coarse and fine filters from the sump and wash thoroughly under warm water. Ensure no food or grease remains.
• 2. Clean spray arms: Remove upper and lower spray arms. Rinse and use a toothpick to clear blocked jets. Ensure the arms spin freely when reinstalled.
• 3. Check loading pattern: Avoid nesting bowls and blocking the spray arms with large pans. Follow the Hisense loading diagram in the manual.
• 4. Use proper detergent and rinse aid: Use high-quality dishwasher detergent and ensure the rinse aid dispenser is filled to improve cleaning and drying.
• 5. Circulation pump check: If performance remains poor, the Hisense circulation pump may be weak or partially blocked and may need cleaning or replacement.
