Possible Causes
Clogged Hisense inlet filter, Faulty flow meter misreading volume, Low water pressure, Defective inlet valve coil
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Disconnect power and close the water supply valve.
- 1. Check visible water level: After the fill phase, open the door. Water should cover the filter area. If not, underfill is occurring.
- 2. Clean inlet filter and hose: Remove and clean the inlet valve filter screen and ensure the hose is not kinked.
- 3. Test water pressure: Run the kitchen tap; if flow is weak, address household water pressure issues.
- 4. Inspect flow meter: Access the Hisense flow meter in the inlet assembly and ensure it is not blocked by scale. Replace if faulty.
- 5. Replace inlet valve if needed: If the valve coil is weak or open, install a new Hisense inlet valve.
