Possible Causes
Unit not leveled on floor, Loose mounting hardware on Insinger frame, Unbalanced loading of racks, Worn pump or motor mounts
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Disconnect power before adjusting the machine’s position.
- Level the dishwasher: Use a spirit level to check front-to-back and side-to-side. Adjust leveling feet until the Insinger unit is stable and does not rock.
- Secure mounting: Tighten any frame bolts or wall/floor anchors used to secure the dishwasher.
- Check loading practices: Ensure racks are evenly loaded and not stacked in a way that causes imbalance.
- Inspect motor and pump mounts: Examine rubber mounts or isolation pads for wear or damage. Replace if they no longer dampen vibration.
