Dishwasher is very noisy during operation, with grinding or rattling sounds.

Safety first: Disconnect power before inspecting internal components.

• Check for loose items: Inspect the tank for cutlery, broken glass, or dishes protruding into the path of the spray arms.
• Spin spray arms: Manually rotate Maidaid spray arms to ensure they spin freely and do not contact racks or the tank.
• Inspect pump: Remove filters and look into the pump intake for foreign objects. Access the Maidaid wash pump and check the impeller for damage or debris.
• Assess bearings: If the noise is a constant grinding or screeching from the pump area, the pump bearings may be worn. Replace the Maidaid wash circulation pump.
• Check water level: Ensure the machine is filling to the correct level; low water can cause cavitation noise.
