Safety first: Do not open live electrical panels. If unsure, use a qualified electrician.

• Check supply: Verify that other appliances on the same circuit have power. Reset any tripped breakers and replace blown fuses with the correct rating.
• Inspect plug and socket: If fitted with a plug, ensure it is fully inserted and not damaged. Test the socket with another appliance.
• Check main switch: On Maidaid models with a front power switch, ensure it is in the ON position. If the switch feels loose or does not latch, it may be faulty.
• Internal checks (technician recommended): Inspect the Maidaid mains terminal block and wiring for burning or loose connections. Replace the main switch or wiring as needed.
