E13
Maidaid
Low Water Pressure / Supply Fault
Dishwasher displays E13 and may not start; often linked to low incoming water pressure or supply issues.

Possible Causes
Insufficient mains water pressure, Partially closed isolation valve, Blocked Maidaid inlet filter, Faulty pressure switch calibration
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn off power and water before disconnecting hoses.
- Verify building pressure: Open a nearby tap and confirm strong flow. If weak, the issue is external to the dishwasher.
- Check isolation valve: Ensure the small valve feeding the Maidaid dishwasher is fully open.
- Clean inlet filter: Remove the inlet hose from the rear of the machine and clean the mesh filter in the Maidaid inlet valve.
- Inspect hose: Check for kinks or crushing along the entire length of the inlet hose. Replace if damaged.
- Test fill time: Restore power and water, start a cycle, and time how long it takes to reach normal level. If still slow and E13 returns, the inlet valve or pressure switch may need replacement by a technician.
