Safety first: Disconnect power before working on the door assembly.

• Check door closure: Ensure the door closes firmly and latches with a solid click. Adjust the dishwasher leveling so the door is not twisted.
• Inspect latch strike: Examine the metal or plastic strike on the tub frame. If bent or loose, adjust or replace so it aligns with the latch.
• Access door switch: Remove the inner door panel to expose the latch assembly. Check for broken plastic parts or a loose micro-switch.
• Test switch (advanced): Use a multimeter to check continuity of the door switch when the latch is engaged. Replace the Midea door lock assembly if the switch does not change state.
• Reassemble and test: Refit the inner door panel, restore power, and run a short cycle to confirm E11 is cleared.
