• Check for obstructions: Remove the pump (twist or screws) and inspect the impeller area for glass, seeds, or other debris. Clear thoroughly.
• Spin impeller: Ensure the impeller turns freely by hand. If stiff or seized, replace the pump.
• Inspect wiring: Check the pump connector and harness for burns or loose pins. Repair as needed.
• Reassemble and test: Reinstall the pump, restore power, and run a drain test. If E21 persists, the pump motor may be electrically faulty and require replacement.
