Cycle takes much longer than normal, machine seems to be stuck heating or rinsing without any error code.

Safety: Use caution around hot surfaces and water.

• Check inlet temperature: Measure the hot water supply temperature at the machine. Increase building hot water setpoint if below Wexiodisk requirements.
• Verify water pressure: Ensure supply pressure meets specifications; correct any partially closed valves or restrictions.
• Test heaters: Measure current draw of tank and booster heaters. A significantly lower value than rated may indicate a failing element.
• Check NTC sensor: Confirm that the temperature sensor is reading correctly; replace if it under-reads and causes prolonged heating.
