• Clean tank filters: Remove all Wexiodisk tank filters, strainers, and scrap trays. Rinse under hot water and remove food debris.
• Clean spray arms: Remove upper and lower wash arms. Clear each nozzle with a brush or toothpick and flush with water.
• Check wash pump performance: During operation, observe spray intensity. Weak spray may indicate a partially blocked pump inlet or worn impeller; inspect the sump and pump housing.
• Verify detergent dosing: Confirm that the detergent dosing pump is operating and that the concentration matches Wexiodisk recommendations for your water hardness.

After cleaning and adjustments, run several test racks and evaluate wash results.
