Machine will not start cycle, display shows E01 immediately after power-on or when Start is pressed.

Safety first: Disconnect the dishwasher from mains power and close the water supply tap before removing panels or hoses.

• Check water supply: Verify the building water supply is on and that the stop valve feeding the Wexiodisk machine is fully open. Confirm there is adequate pressure (typically at least 2 bar for commercial units).
• Inspect inlet hose: Look behind or under the machine for a kinked, crushed, or damaged blue/grey water inlet hose. Straighten any kinks and ensure the hose is not pinched by the cabinet or machine feet.
• Clean inlet filters: Close the water tap, unscrew the hose from the tap and from the machine’s water inlet valve. Remove and rinse the small mesh filters in both ends under running water. Refit carefully.
• Test fill: Restore water and power, then start a cycle. If E01 persists, the water inlet solenoid valve may be defective or its coil open-circuit. Use a multimeter to check coil resistance and verify that the control board sends 230 V (or specified voltage) to the valve during fill.
• Replace valve if needed: If the coil is open or the valve is mechanically stuck closed, replace the complete inlet valve assembly compatible with your Wexiodisk model.
