Possible Causes
Empty detergent container, Blocked detergent suction hose, Faulty detergent dosing pump, Air leak on detergent suction side
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Wear gloves and eye protection when handling commercial detergents.
- Check detergent level: Ensure the external detergent canister connected to the Wexiodisk machine is not empty. Replace or refill as needed.
- Inspect suction hose: Follow the detergent hose from the canister to the dosing pump. Look for kinks, cracks, or loose connections that could admit air. Replace damaged hose.
- Prime the pump: Some dosing pumps require manual priming. Use the priming function (if available) or temporarily lower the pump below the detergent level to help draw product.
- Clean injection point: Check the detergent injection fitting on the machine for crystallized detergent or blockages. Clean with warm water.
- Test dosing pump: Activate a test dose from the control panel (if supported) and observe flow. If the pump does not run or is very weak, replace the detergent dosing pump.
After repair, run several cycles and verify correct wash results and that E10 no longer appears.
