Empty rinse aid container, Blocked rinse aid suction line, Faulty rinse aid dosing pump, Clogged rinse aid injection nozzle
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Use appropriate PPE when handling rinse aid concentrates.
- Verify rinse aid supply: Check that the external or built-in rinse aid container is filled.
- Inspect hoses: Examine the small-diameter rinse aid hose for kinks, cracks, or air leaks. Replace if hardened or damaged.
- Clean injection nozzle: Locate the rinse aid injection point on the rinse line or booster tank. Remove and soak in warm water to dissolve any buildup.
- Test dosing pump: Use the service/test mode to trigger the rinse aid pump. If it does not run or makes abnormal noise, replace the pump.
After restoring dosing, adjust the rinse aid dosage according to Wexiodisk guidelines and local water hardness.
