How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Disconnect the dishwasher from mains before accessing the control compartment.
- Power reset: Turn off the machine at the isolator for at least 2 minutes, then restore power and check if E13 clears.
- Inspect connections: Remove the control panel cover and verify that all ribbon cables and harness connectors between the user interface and main PCB are fully seated and free of corrosion.
- Check for moisture: Look for signs of water ingress in the control area. Dry thoroughly and correct any leaks from the door seal or steam vents.
- Board replacement: If E13 persists, the main PCB may be defective. Replacement and firmware configuration should be performed by an authorized Wexiodisk technician.
