Possible Causes
Blocked rinse nozzles on spray arms, Partially closed rinse supply valve, Faulty rinse pressure switch, Clogged rinse line filter
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Turn off power and water supply before dismantling rinse components.
- Clean rinse arms: Remove the upper and lower rinse arms. Use a small brush or toothpick to clear each nozzle of limescale and debris. Rinse thoroughly.
- Check supply valve: Ensure the external rinse water valve (if separate) is fully open and that the building supply pressure meets Wexiodisk requirements.
- Inspect rinse filter: Some models have an inline rinse filter or strainer. Remove and clean under running water.
- Test pressure switch: If fitted, check the rinse pressure switch for correct operation with a multimeter while applying pressure. Replace if faulty.
After cleaning and checks, run several cycles and confirm that E15 does not reappear and that rinse coverage is uniform.
