Possible Causes

Internal leak from hoses or pump seals, Loose hose clamp in base, Cracked tank or sump, Activated base tray float switch

How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety: Disconnect power and close water supply immediately to prevent further leakage.

  • Inspect base tray: Remove the front kick plate or side panel and check the base tray for water. If full, carefully sponge or vacuum out the water.
  • Locate leak source: With the tray dry, briefly restore water and run a short fill while observing the internal hoses, pumps, and tank seams. Look for drips or sprays.
  • Tighten/replace hoses: Tighten loose hose clamps and replace any cracked or swollen hoses specific to Wexiodisk models (e.g., sump-to-pump hose, rinse line hose).
  • Check pump seals: Inspect wash and drain pump seals for leakage. Replace pump or seal kits if necessary.

Do not bypass the float switch. Once the leak is repaired and the tray is dry, E17 should clear after a power reset.
