How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Disconnect power and wait for moving parts to stop before inspection.
- Check racks and load: Ensure racks are correctly positioned and utensils are not protruding into the path of the spray arms.
- Inspect spray arms: Spin the arms by hand to check for contact with racks or tank walls. Adjust or replace bent arms.
- Check for foreign objects: Remove tank filters and inspect the sump and pump inlet for glass, screws, or other debris. Remove carefully.
- Assess pump bearings: If noise persists and seems to come from the pump motor, the bearings may be worn. Replace the wash pump assembly.
