Possible Causes

Dirty tank filters and sump, Standing water in machine between shifts, Grease and food residue in hoses and pump, Insufficient daily cleaning routine

Safety: Wear gloves when cleaning internal components.

Perform full cleaning: Remove all filters, racks, and spray arms. Clean thoroughly with hot water and a non-foaming cleaner.
Clean sump and pump inlet: Remove accumulated sludge and food particles from the sump area.
Flush hoses: If possible, flush drain and overflow hoses with hot water.
Implement daily routine: At the end of each day, drain the machine, clean filters, and leave the door slightly open to ventilate.
